The Mundy’s Mill girls soccer team is well represented on the All-Region 3-AAAAAA with five selections — two on the first team and three on the second team.
Named to the first team were Jadyn Orjiako and Mariah Cooper while Jelyn Diaz-Martinez, Lizbeth Ramirez and Johana Villalobos were selected to the second team.
Mundy’s Mill was the No. 4 seed in the state tournament and lost 10-1 to Glynn Academy in the first round.
Forest Park placed two on the all-region team — Evelyn Sanchez on the first team and Jacqueline Rosario on the second team.
Morrow’s Yajaira Melendez was named to the second team.
Woodward Academy won the region championship with Rockdale County as runner-up, Alcovy third and Mundy’s Mill fourth.
