The Human Capital Institute Sierra Leone (HCI-SL) is a social enterprise committed to providing a platform for the inspiration and empowerment of young and experienced professionals including entrepreneurs in Sierra Leone and beyond. Established in April 25, 2016 and registered in March 31, 2017 with the Corporate Affairs Commission of Sierra Leone as a company limited by guaranty, our business registration serial number is: SL310317CENTR01468. The Human Capital Institute-Sierra Leone (HCI-SL) is well known and have maintained an excellent record for providing quality outsourced human resources and organizational development advisory services, capacity building opportunities including women/youth-led empowerment, civic service delivery and assistance to its country.

The Human Capital Institute-Sierra Leone (HCI-SL), we are a local professional Human Resources & Operations Management and Business Advisory social enterprise. Our services are mostly been hired by Agencies, Businesses, Companies and Non-Governmental Organizations to provide outsourced Human Resources & Operations Management, Business Advisory and Payroll Administration services for its country programmes in Sierra Leone. We promote opportunities to support, connect and grow them and their businesses, through support services, learning & development programmes, HR & business consulting, training, coaching and mentoring, lobbying & networking, developing strategic partnerships and alliances with key institutions and organizations based in Sierra Leone and internationally. Through our services, we aim to reduce the unemployment rate firstly in Sierra Leone and then in the sub-region. For this, we thrived to equip women & youths, fresh graduates and young professionals with skills that are in demand on the labor market and to form a well-prepared community of professionals who would know where and how to look for jobs and get employed and mentor others at their turn. 

HCI-SL will also act as a lobbying group on human resources, employment disparities, labor laws and their effectiveness, employers’ well-being and the local content policy related to business operations in Sierra Leone, highlighting barriers to succeed and opportunities available in the country as well as the challenges faced by employers, young professionals and entrepreneurs in Sierra Leone. For five (5) years since its inception, the HCI-SL has been able to procure a good reputation in Sierra Leone through partnering with some of the top local & international employers.

HCI-SL has grown through leaps and bounds within Sierra Leone & the sub-region through a strong presence in the Freetown, and through our partners in Monrovia-Liberia, Banjul-The Gambia, Accra-Ghana & Lagos-Nigeria. Borrowing from the experience gained as one stop-shop HR service provider, we endear the dream of being at the forefront of providing comprehensive outsourced HR/payroll administration services & solutions for organizations/businesses in Sierra Leone.
